Bulgogi is a Korean dish that is made with thinly sliced beef that is marinated in a sweet and savory sauce. But it does not always have to be marinated. This recipe for making bulgogi is simple and easy to follow, and the results are absolutely delicious! The key to making a delicious bulgogi is to use quality ingredients. Here is the recipe for making delicious bulgogi:
-Ingredients-
-1 lb chuck eye roll, thinly sliced
-one onion
-1/2 carrot
-2 green onions
Wash the vegetables and chop them into any ways you want.
These are basic vegetables for making bulgogi, however, you can use any vegetables you like!
– 5tbsp soy sauce
– 2tbsp cooking olive oil
– 1tbsp crushed or minced garlic
– 3tbsp agave syrup or sugar
– a little bit of sesames
Now that you have all of your ingredients, it’s time to start cooking!
-Instructions-
1) In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes, or until browned.
2) Add crushed garlic, onions, and carrots and cook for 7 minutes.
3) If the beef is almost fully cooked, then add soy sauce, agave syrup and stir-fry for 4 minutes, or until the vegetables and beef are absorbed with sauce.
4) Add green onions and sesames to 3) and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
5) Serve the bulgogi by itself or over steamed rice, with some kimchi on the side. Enjoy!
